The Truth About Alice

There’s one thing I think about when I read this book and that is Stereotypes. All high schools have them. You have the cheerleaders, the jocks, the stoners, the loners, etc.. This is told in four different perspectives and they are each a different stereotype for sure.

I liked this book. I thought the writing was decent and the pace was fine. It was a little confusing with the four perspectives because the author tries to keep the timeline of the story going through each persons opinions on what they all think really happens but once you get used to each persons perspective it becomes easier to read. I am absolutely in love with this book. It was so heartbreaking and uplifting at the same time. I never cry during books and this had me in tears. My emotions were running so high while I was reading this. It makes you step back and think about things. Makes you appreciate the people in your life a little more.
