Anna and the French Kiss

I read this book so fast, I didn’t get a chance to even really think about it while reading it. I was just absorbing every word in as I went.

I always say I don’t have much time to read since having my son. Which is true in a sense but also it’s not that true..I mean he goes to bed between 6 and 7 every night and I sure don’t go to bed right away. So technically I have all this time to read after he goes to sleep but most nights I am just so tired I want to wind down by going on my computer, watching my Youtube videos, scrolling through Tumblr or reading a couple chapters but Tonight was the exception. I read more than ¾ of this book tonight and I just started the book last night… I have not read that much in one sitting in such a long time. That’s how much I loved this book.

I really like books that are in first person because it makes me feel like I am reading their journal/diary just in more detail. I think it was pretty descriptive and also left me to my own imagination. I do feel that it was so fast paced that it was like watching a movie in my head just with a 2X fast motion but it was such a quick and easy read that I couldn’t put it down.

If you like a good love story that will put a smile on your face throughout the book then I would totally recommend this book. I cannot wait to jump right into Lola and the Boy Next Door which is her second book and Isla and the Happily Ever After which is her third. I expect them to be just as good as Anna!
