Broken Juliet (Starcrossed, 2)

Wow, what a great second book and conclusion to Cassie and Ethan’s story. I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Usually with second books, I am wary if it’s going to ruin it or not, but this felt like I was still reading the first book, Bad Romeo. They could have written one giant book and I would have been just as satisfied, but I like having two beautiful books on my shelf. Leisa follows the same writing style, the same atmosphere, and same great dialog with the same emotions flowing. I believe this duology is in my top favourites now.

I fell in love with the Cassie and Ethan’s characters all over again, plus a couple added ones. Their relationship is still just as crazy and drama filled as the first book and it’s fantastic. Nothing is sugar-coated on what their real passionate relationship is like. Such and in-depth insight to an epic love story. I really don’t have much else to say because I don’t want to give anything away. Just know that this book also has a lot of mature scenes and is definitely recommended for 18+. I can’t wait to dive into other Leisa Rayven novels in the future.
